2008: FROM MONOLOGUE TO DIALOGUE
In the era of flashmobs and microsites, I moved brands beyond static ads. I engineered ‘conversation starters’—pioneering early blogger collaborations and producing immersive video content series years before they became industry standards. I designed narratives to be shared and lived, turning passive viewers into active participants.
2015: THE PERFORMANCE SHIFT
As social platforms matured into paid ecosystems, I pivoted to performance marketing. I mastered the art of combining creativity with data targeting, proving that brand building and hard ROI are not mutually exclusive.
2022: THE PLATFORM ERA
Today, the social graph is dead; the interest graph is king. I now design platform-native content that hacks the feed, prioritising retention and watch-time to trigger algorithmic amplification instantly.

As the lead for Red Bull TV, I engineered platform growth by acquiring high-relevance local rights like Motorsports (WSBK) and Volleyball (CEV). By shifting focus to hyper-local live broadcasting, I successfully drove massive viewership adoption and retention in key markets
HACKING THE FEED
During my tenure at Red Bull, I decoded social algorithms to engineer viral loops—producing dozens of assets that organically exceeded 10 million views without reliance on paid media spend.
